DELFMEMS is the specialist of the MEMS reliability.
Not only DELFMEMS team members know to optimize MEMS design or to test/analyze MEMS reliability, but they are qualified in MEMS devices fabrication. They have fabricated MEMS devices during their PhD, they know how much it's difficult to fabricate microstructures and it allows them to perfectly understand MEMS failures, from the fabrication process to the functioning systems.
DELFMEMS team members can work at the headquarter (France) or can work in the customers facilities (all around the world) for confidential agreements. In all cases, NDA are used!
DELFMEMS is still performing researchs on MEMS reliability. If you are interested in MEMS reliability researchs, contact us. Studies of the fatigue phenomenon are currently being performed and results have been presented to well-known conferences (O.Millet et al. / Transducers 03, MEMS 04).
