The company is close to engage into production with Tier One Mobile Phone RF module makers.

In this context, the company grow his team of MEMS Process technology, with the creation of a job as MEMS Process Integration Engineer.

ROLE

The MEMS Process Integration Engineer defines, develops and installs MEMS silicon process technology at our foundry partners. The candidate will be responsible for process flow implementation, design rule definition, device architecture, process module development, electrical and metrology data analysis, foundry management and process transfer.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work within the Process Technology Development group in the disciplines of process and device integration conducted at our foundry partners.
  • Interface with the foundries for technology development, yield improvement, implementation of new processes modules and process transfer.
  • Define technology design rules and process and electrical target specifications.
  • Perform statistical analysis of in-line process and electrical test data.
  • Identify device and process parameter issues and propose solutions.
  • Utilize DOE, 8D and FMEA methodologies and generate technical reports.
  • Interface with the design, test and simulation groups within the organization to support the technology and product development.
  • Define and design/layout Process Control Monitor structures. DESIRED SKILLS Education & Experience:
  • MS or PhD in electrical engineering, materials science, physics or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the semiconductor field. MEMS experience is an advantage.
  • Software : Minitab or similar programs ; CAD layout tools is a plus.
