DelfMEMS is the world leader in RF switches for Mobile phone architecture, based on MEMS Technology.
The company is close to engage into production and deals with Tier One Mobile Phone module makers. We strengthen our team, which counts 20 engineers, with 10 new hires planned for 2014.
In this context, DelfMEMS hires a Device Modeling engineer to join a growing designers team.
OVERVIEW
The principal mission of the device modeling engineer is to set up the predictive modeling of MEMS relays performances, based on measurement data collected during manufacturing and after.
The goal is to be able to anticipate the mechanical behavior and the radio-frequency and electrical performances of MEMS relays, just after production and before testing.
The Device Modeling Engineer will build models based on statistical analysis of the manufacturing process data and test measurement data.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse and correlate data coming from measurement of the components during and after manufacturing,
- Satistical treatment of data,
- Simulations, sensitivity studies of designs,
- Optimisation of data treatment methods : establish link between manufacturing – testing – simulations,
- Set up predictive models based on reliability analysis (FMEA),
- Set up test protocols and data treatment in collaboration with the test team to evaluate the predictive models.
