Our RF MEMS technology supports today’s mobile handsets which must fulfil a multitude of requirements – they need to be able to operate over an increasing number of frequency bands and across different countries, with each band having its own specific constraints. They also need to combine bands in order to meet data rate expectations in 4G LTE Advanced. And they need to be able to switch between different bands and between transmit and receive modes.
DelfMEMS products enable a high level of RF integration, reducing the bill of materials cost for mobile RF Front-End modules, and reduce power consumption of the RF module by up to 20 percent, having significant positive impact on the battery life of a mobile device.
Since our inception in 2006, we have focused on the development of our patent portfolio, currently holding seven patents. We are a ‘fabless’ semiconductor company and work closely with volume semiconductor foundries around the world.
