DelfMEMS is a rising player in the field of Radiofrequency components and developer of innovative MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems) switching solutions for instrumentation, defense as well as mobile phone front-end modules. In the scope of product development, the company proposes a position for a product engineer. Regular visits to the foundry are planned (travel ~20-30 % time). The candidate must be highly motivated and engaged for the development of the company. The Product Engineer is responsible for the NPI ( New Product Introduction) process and Life Cycle of the Products.

Key tasks and responsabilities:

• Interface with the foundry for process industrialization & ramp-up.
• Process & product qualification.
• Conduct FA of qualification failures, drive rootcause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor product yield and quality and drive improvements plans.
• Build and interpret statistical database (SPC, R&R...)
• Ensuring timely release of products into the market.
• Analyze and effectively present technical informations. 

Required skills & Qualifications : 

• MS or PhD in engineering, materials science, physics or equivalent.
• Experience of managing complex multi functional projects.
• Hands on experience with semiconductor and MEMS fabrication processes and integration.
• Good understanding of materials processing, properties, interaction, and metrology equipment.
• Extensive experience with semiconductor and MEMS failure analysis and techniques.
• Extensive experience with statistical data analysis techniques.
• PCB and test fixture
• RF measurements and concepts
• Self-motivated and ability to work in team
• Leadership (willingness to take responsabilities)
• Start-up spirit
